Benjamin R. Prinsen

Ben is an experienced, committed, and responsive commercial litigator, who is dedicated to understanding and achieving his clients’ unique set of goals, whether that means finding the best possible resolution before litigation is filed or zealously advocating for his clients’ rights and interests in state and federal courts and private arbitration throughout the country. He works very hard to learn and understand even the smallest details of each matter because he cares about developing the best strategy with his clients to achieve their goals. Ben has extensive experience in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including securities and financial services; employment and restrictive covenants; shareholder, member, and partnership disputes; and matters concerning fraud and misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and related business disputes.

Ben has been repeatedly recognized by his clients and peers for his exceptional legal work and judgment, having been selected as a “Rising Star” and “Super Lawyer” by Wisconsin Super Lawyers for the last decade and one of “The Best Lawyers in America®” in commercial litigation for the last four years.
