Benjamin J. Glicksman

Ben is a versatile commercial litigator and strategic advisor who specializes in complex litigation, including consumer class actions, business disputes, and false advertising claims.  He served as co-class counsel in a certified nationwide class action on behalf of more than 14,000 individuals against a Utah-based trucking company that resulted in a multimillion dollar settlement.  Ben has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers™, Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch 2022, and by the Wisconsin Law Journal™ as one of Wisconsin’s Up and Coming Lawyers. He served as corporate counsel in-house at a global consumer packaged goods company for four years before rejoining KHK.  He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Arizona.
