
 
Ben is a versatile commercial litigator and strategic advisor who specializes in complex litigation, including consumer class actions, business disputes, and false advertising claims. He served as co-class counsel in a certified nationwide class action on behalf of more than 14,000 individuals against a Utah-based trucking company that resulted in a multimillion dollar settlement. Ben has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers™, Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch 2022, and by the Wisconsin Law Journal™ as one of Wisconsin’s Up and Coming Lawyers. He served as corporate counsel in-house at a global consumer packaged goods company for four years before rejoining KHK. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Arizona.

Ben was born in Tucson, Arizona and currently resides in Fox Point with his wife and two daughters. Ben is a diehard sports fan with loyalties to the Brewers, Packers and Arizona State Sun Devils.
