IT MANAGER

The law firm of Kravit, Hovel & Krawczyk, s.c., is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our law firm’s technology infrastructure and file storage (physical and digital); training attorneys and staff on various software; and assist in litigation support activities including database support and interactions with outside forensic analysis vendors. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with aa strong understanding of professional service firm technology and associated litigation databases. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate with both attorneys and administrative professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ideal candidates should have experience in any or, preferably all, of the following areas:

• Technology Support – workstation, network/back-up, document management,

software/cloud applications, phone and video support.

• Training – lead software/cloud application education including the latest AI

tools to support litigators.

• Files – administration of physical and digital archive files including conducting

client file transfers.

• Litigation Support – uploading data into cloud litigation support databases;

assisting paralegals in document productions; assisting firm members in AI legal

research and brief drafting applications; interfacing with outside forensic

analysis vendors.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of progressive technology experience in a professional service firm,

preferably in a law firm.

• Strong critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
